We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our equipment. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Please review condition reports and equipment specifications carefully before purchase.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information.

Payment must be received in full before equipment is released. We accept various payment methods, which may change from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Shipping and delivery costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not ship equipment internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to equipment passes to buyer upon delivery to buyer or buyer's designated carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage after equipment has been delivered to the carrier.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of used equipment, we generally do not accept returns. If you believe there is a material defect not disclosed in our condition report, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss potential resolution.

Any returns must be approved in writing by Road Runner Equipment prior to return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Unless specifically stated in writing, all equipment is sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some equipment may come with manufacturer's warranty, which is transferred to buyer to the extent permitted by manufacturer. We make no representation or warranty regarding such manufacturer warranties.

In no event shall Road Runner Equipment be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our products or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific equipment or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Road Runner Equipment, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and misuse of our website or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey.
